I'm a personal trainer at the Firehall Fitness Center in Livingston, Montana, and I also train people in their homes.
If you are thinking about joining a gym, come down to the Firehall and see what they have to offer! They have over 20 classes every month and a wonderful group fitness training room with a wood floor (very important for joint health). The Firehall also has a separate room dedicated to Spinning classes, as well as new Spinning bikes! All of the Firehall's personal trainers (including me) are certified by well respected and fully accredited organizations, such as ACE or AFAA.
If you have your own exercise equipment in your home and need a trainer to give you new ideas, or simply to kick your butt, I'm your gal! I'm also available for nutrition guidance and getting people's diets back on track. Remember, nutrition is going to be 80% of your success regarding weight loss and maintenance.
